Raju completed +2 and was unable to study higher education. So he was working as a construction worker. Somehow he studied hard and passed the written test for the police. He was called for face-to-face interview. He should be in Hyderabad next day. He didn’t have money to travel. He was in his village in South corner. Not knowing what to do, He sat at the feet of God and prayed. His brother and sister-in-law came and took him to the interview venue by plane and let him inside the interview. What was waiting there was a big surprise for him. The officers who had appeared for the interview were conducting the interview in Hindi. Raju was struck seeing that. When his turn arrived, the officer who was asking questions received a phone call, and the officer who knew Tamil questioned him at that time. Raju got selected and got a job. He is still in service.

 

Similarly, the incident in the book of Esther in the Bible will surprise us. Esther becomes queen. Because Haman was infuriated by Mordecai, Haman got orders from the king to hang him fifty cubits high and kill the Jewish people who depended on him. He came to the king's court to speak about Mordecai to be hanged. The king also invited Haman inside. At that time the king speaks first. The king asked what should be done for a person whom he wants to be honoured. Perhaps if Haman had spoken first, Mordecai would have been hanged and the Jewish family would have perished. Isn't it our God who changes things in a moment!

 

Yes, my beloved, the circumstances in your life reading this may be stacked against you. Is there room for hope? The questions may bother you. Don't worry. Our God can change your affairs in a moment, and fill your lips with joy and gladness. One second is all it takes for our Lord to change your life. Pray and wait and God will bless your life!!
