Kingdom of God

 

"A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation…" - Isaiah 60:22

 

Jesus Christ told many parables to make it easier for mankind to understand divine truths. He once compared the mustard seed to the kingdom of heaven. He said that although mustard is the smallest of all other seeds but when it grows, it becomes large in all its branches and the birds of the air stay in its branches and enjoy it. Yes, the kingdom of God and the children of God are as small as a mustard seed in the eyes of the world. But just as this small mustard seed grows into a plant and then into a tree, so the kingdom of God also should grow. Not only that, it shelters every people.

 

Beloved ones! Look at the world we live in today and its kingdom. Corruption, sexual harassment, terrorism, earthquakes, floods, infectious diseases, wars are heading towards terror. But in the midst of this, the Lord plants us, the children of God, like a mustard seed and makes us see results in a surprising way.

 

Children of God who are reading this! You may appear small in the eyes of men. Your work may be underestimated. But look, God used little David to defeat the giant Goliath. Likewise, He will use us. He will do great things by us. Therefore, let us leave fatigue, confusion, fear and boldly do the work of Lord. The kingdom will grow and multiply. The work that began with the twelve disciples has spread to the ends of the earth and developed into a great kingdom over the past twenty centuries. Yes, the promise that the little one is a thousand and the little one is a strong nation is being fulfilled! What the Lord intends to do will not be hindered. Hallelujah!!
