A believer as a seed

 

"…unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain" - John 12:24

 

There are various seeds in Christian history.

 

1) The seeds of the forefather: Abraham is called the father of believers in the scriptures. Millions of fruits have come from the seed of Abraham.

 

2) The seeds of the early apostles: Millions of people became believers in the world today as a result of the early apostles giving themselves as seeds.

 

3) Seeds of early Missionaries: Millions of uneducated, uncivilized, adivasis came intio faith all over the world as thousands of missionaries who have passed from country to country have acted as seeds.

 

We know that billions of seeds continue to bear fruit. On the other hand these seeds are perishing. The reason is that the three seeds that we saw in the beginning, their sacrifices, and activities have gone in vain. So the seeds perish, become fake, and become fruitless.

 

A species of bird in North America became extinct. To protect it, the government of the country caught the birds and kept them in a safe place. So the bird species multiplied. It swelled beyond count and they decided leave them fly freely. It was flown from a safe place. Over time, they learned that the bird species was becoming extinct and brought it back to their place to maintain it. Now it has been given tremendous training. How to find prey automatically? How to build nests? How to feed her chicks? How do they protect the chicks? Trainings were also given. When released back into the wild, the bird species began to multiply, according to the North American Bird Sanctuary History.

 

Similarly, many churches destroy their believers by keeping them as captives, children in the faith and protecting them. They must be trained among the world to increase the multitude of believers in this wide world. Every believer should enter the field in the fight of faith. Then it will no doubt serve as the seed to build a great congregation of believers.
