Amazing

 

"For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;… Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God” - Isaiah 9:6

 

The apostle Paul says that "Christ must be formed in us." From the day Christ formed in us, our soul experiences the joy of Christ's birth. The Christian life is to enjoy the wonderful deeds of that wonderful person who entered our lives every day. D.L. Moody is so amazing. Let us see an intervening event in the life of a pious man named Moody.

 

Once he was in dire need of money. Between the demands of the ministry and the needs of his family, he had to pay $14 on a car he had bought in instalments. If he don't pay $14, the car will be taken away. I need $14 by tomorrow and don't know who to ask. In a very difficult situation, he prayed to Jesus like this, "Lord, you have asked me to test you, open the gates of heaven and meet my need" and went to bed with faith that the Lord will take care and perform a miracle. What a surprise when he woke up early in the morning, he saw money scattered everywhere in the yard of his house. What a surprise! The $14 down payment on the car was provided. Yes, God is amazing! He will work miracles in due time for all who accept Him, according to our faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

 

The wonderful things that God has done in the scriptures cannot be told. Throughout the famine in the life of the widow Zarephath, oil and flour were miraculous. Water turned into wine at Cana wedding is amazing! The miracle of feeding 5000 people with 5 fish and 2 bread! Once a poor widow's dying teenage son was brought back to life by touching!

 

Beloved ones! Our God works wonders and miracles! His name is wonderful! Are you still waiting for a miracle? Believe that He is miraculous. You will surely see the miracle He will do in your life.
