A doctor in America discovered a cure for cancer. The government invited him to give him a award and organized a ceremony. Due to rain and storm, he could not go by plane to the ceremony, so he went by car. The car could not go beyond a certain distance and stopped in front of a house. He knocked on the door and asked for water. Immediately the mother in the house took him inside, gave them water to drink, made him sit down, went into the inner room, locked the door and prayed for the comfort of her sick son. When that mother came out, she said “A doctor from another country found a cure for my son's illness. Our doctor told us to visit him.” They told me but I could not afford to go there, so I cried and prayed to my Lord. The doctor took the report and looked and said that doctor was me. He said I will take your son and treat him. God heard the mother's prayer and sent for a doctor.

 

In the scriptures, during the days when Jesus Christ roamed the earth, He healed and strengthened everyone who came to Him with faith and sent them away with joy. He went to the house of those who invited him and performed a miracle. He went to Peter's house and raised his dead daughter to life. He went to Zacchaeus house and gave him the joy of salvation. Likewise, He seeks out and comforts those who wait with faith. He went in search of a man who had been sick for 38 years and healed him. The woman, who was a curmudgeon, gives healing to a man with a crippled hand in the church. He gave comfort to the centurion's servant who asked with faith. Why does he go to the tomb to raise even Lazarus, who has been dead for four days?

 

Beloved, God is able to give us a release from whatever weakness, sickness, deficiency, or condition we have in our lives. Isaiah 43:16 says that our Lord "made a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters." So if you are buried without your faith, pick it up. Pray to Him with faith and He will come and do miracles. Hallelujah.
