"Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, And obtaineth favour of the LORD” - Proverbs 18:22

 

The dream of many teenagers is to get a good education, a job and a good life partner. There is also a proverb saying, "Having a good wife is a gift from God". Finding a good wife and having a happy family life is a blessing from God.

That is why God created the bond of marriage. When we live in harmony with each other and obey the commandments of the Lord, the Lord creates a garden called the family by giving wonderful children. God created Adam, Eve from his rib to be his companion because it was not good for him to be alone. He brought together Sarah as a suitable wife for Abraham and Rebekah as a wife for Isaac at the right time.

 

It was God's plan to create one for each other, male and female, to have godly offspring and fill the earth. But nowadays there is a growing idea among the teenagers that there is no need for the sacred life contract of "marriage" and the idea that we can live the life that our eyes and mind want. This is the pit of death, the carnal mind of the deceitful Satan. "Marriage is honourable among all" (Hebrews 13:4) Yes, all relationships outside marriage are adultery and fornication in God's eyes. Don't get caught in another trap of the devil called "living together", teen child!

 

So dear teenage children! Think about your marriage life and ask God to give you a suitable life partner at the right time and entrust it to Him. As "all that glitters is not gold" not all that is pleasing to the eye is suitable for your life. Do not entrust yourself to anyone to live without the bond of marriage. Thus you will lose eternal life. May God Himself bless you with His good grace and suitable companion.
