Rush to escape

 

"Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near" - Isaiah 55:6

 

In a chicken shop, many chickens were kept in iron cages. Both the chicken and the rooster were crowing happily inside the cage. It sees with its own eyes that its owner, the shopkeeper kills the other chickens, he rears them in front of these eyes and feeds them to his customers. Another chicken is dipped in boiling water, its hair is braided and it is cut off. The hen and the rooster know that all such incidents are going to happen to them, and keep on happily crowing without worrying at all.

 

These chickens reveal a profound truth to us. Similarly the people living in this world are living with a thought that they will never see death, when the see their loved ones pass away due to various reasons and die before their eyes they don’t realize one day this will happen.

 

Like a crowing rooster in a chicken shop, those who does not realize that sound of death by devil is calling out for his soul, he is lost in the illusions of the world and hangs his head in that pleasure!

 

Dear readers! Let's commit ourselves to meet God the Creator, to meet our soulmate Jesus. When we close our eyes and rejoice with him forever in heaven. So, let us order our lives carefully according to God's word! Didn't the Lord Jesus Christ say that even in the Bible, "It would be good if you knew the things of your peace even in this day that has come to you"? So, let's remember this verse. Let's be careful to escape the coming destruction!
