The chosen 

 

"…Let those of us who are mature think this way,:.." - Philippians 3:15

 

1. When everyone around you is backsliding and falling, but if you hold on to God who keeps you from slipping, you are the chosen one.

 

2. If you believe in yourself and don't doubt yourself when everyone else doubts you, you are the chosen one.

 

3. If you are patient and realize that the impatient person on the earth will fall, you are the chosen one.

 

4. If you are full of true wisdom but do not try to show others like a sage, then you are wise.

 

5. If you can keep yourself calm and not lose yourself in victory or defeat, you are the chosen one.

 

6. Blessed are you if you can bear it without flinching, when the hypocrites tear apart the true word you speak and accuse you of falsehood.

 

7. If you have the will to patiently rebuild which you have built with the whole of your life when it is unfairly broken, then you are the chosen one.

 

8. When you have kings and ministers as your friends, and if you are able to look down on common friends and respect them too, you are the chosen one.

 

9. When you throw away the longing that others should appreciate and admire your good deeds, and think that the right hand does not need to know what is done by the left hand, you are the chosen one.

 

10. If your heart can love God without loving the world and the pleasures of the world and to love those in the world with the love of God, then you are the chosen one.

 

11. If you realize that every person you meet and every person in the world is created in the image of God and you do not humilate anyone, then you are chosen.
