Christ's hand

 

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” - John 15:4

 

A poor little boy was standing infront of a chocolate store and staring at those who enter into and come out of that store. On seeing this, the shop keeper asked him, "what do you want?” He didn't reply. So, he went inside to bring a chocolate bottle to him and told him to take as many chocolates he need. 

 

But the boy was looking at the shopkeeper, and he asked why are you staring at me don't you need chocolates? He said, " my hand is tiny, if I take a handful it will be little but your hand is big, so a handful for is more. so please give me some chocolates".

 

Yea my dear! Leaning on God's hand and being victorious is far better than being successful on our own. We will be victorious f we priorities Christ in everything we do.

 

If we look at Gideon from the Bible, he is listed in the warriors of faith. (Hebrews 11:32-33). He was a judge in Israel for 40 years. He went against the Midianites with 300 men obeying God. He took torches, clay pots and trumpets instead of swords, with 300 men he went against a big army of Mediante’s having complete faith in God and was victorious. Yea. in 1 Corinthians 1: 27, we can see "God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty." If we surrender our self to God and lead a life by obeying him and clinging on to him, He will lift us up according to His will. God never abandons anyone. We all have washed in His blood. Since we are all His children, we will be humble under His mighty hands and be victorious. Amen!
