What is His will ? 

 

“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” - 1 John 5:14

 

Nowadays people have a mentality to be independent. Because dependent life appeared to be boring for lot of people. In previous generations children obeyed their parents. But nowadays, children hate to do what their parents wants them to do. Young generation is struggling to listen to their parents' advice. Then how can they listen to the voice of God? We have to think about it! Where have we kept God in our life? Have you prioritized something else over God for your selfish desires? If you have something like that, there is none unluckier than you. if we prioritize God over everything else and stack up the rest behind Him, He is capable to give unasked blessings. 

 

In the Bible there are people who have done and lived according to the will of God. Among them I want to show you a few things about a person named Solomon. He is the third king of Israel. He built the church perfectly in 7 years. He wrote Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Songs of Solomon. he ruled Israel in peace for 40 years. Being multitalented, he didn't pray for himself but prayed a prayer that pleased the God. He wasn't selfish. according to 1 Corinthians 10:24, he didn't focus on himself to gather people for heaven instead he focused on others. God saw his heart and not only gave him wisdom but also riches. 

 

My dear reader, are you struggling for God to fulfil your desires? are you pleading for yourself? If yes, you must change your prayer. If you pray according to His wish, He will heed your prayers. There is no doubt for your life to be based on God's wish.
