Supporting a child on behalf of your child.

 

“Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others” - Philippians 2:4

 

Mary made her children study in a private school and she was alone, so a teacher asked her "How can you make your two children to study in a private school while you work in a small company?". She said, "My husband eagerly supported missionaries and their children, I often ask him why do you waste money! but he will say whatever I spend are collected as treasures in Heaven. I realised that after his death. I can only run my family with my salary. I can’t afford my children's education. But God made teachers to be graceful towards my children. A teacher paid one of my children's tuition. And the school took responsibility for my other child's education. My God is guiding me without any shortcomings. 

 

We might think if I get a raise in my salary, it would be good for my family. But the truth is, we wont be satisfied on that. Have we ever prayed like this? I will adopt a child and take care of it's education. Bible says to look after others on their things. What is our thought on that? What is your contribution in supporting others? 

 

My dear! Bible says, helping the needy is helping God. If you adopt a child and provide education for it, your children will see that and learn that. This good habit will follow for generations. We as a village mission family, encourage people who want to support a child on behalf of their children. Through this lot of Children have been blessed. Lot of Tribal people were included in this. Pray for them.

 

To remember: The possessions we gather for ourselves will one day erode away. So remember, helping others and enjoying that is a possession that never erodes.
