A meaningful Christmas in repentance

 

“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents…” – Luke 15:7

 

Loving children! How are you? I pray to God for your wellbeing. It appeared as this year just started but it went by very fast, and we are at the last month of this year did you see? You should thank Jesus throughout this month.

 

During this Christmas festival, you will be busy with cake, biriyani, Christmas tree, Santa clause but you won’t forget to get a new dress, will you? You all got new dress? M…m… Super. A little girl named Hena didn't have money to get new dress. Her dad did whatever work he could find. They used the very little wage he got to buy a cloth and gave it to the tailor to stitch it. Hena was very happy. Tailor took the measurements properly and cut the clothes accordingly. He removed the unwanted clothes and started stitching. Now the dress Hena wanted was stitched and ready. Fees should be given to the tailor, isn't it? Dad gave the fees to the tailor and gave the dress to Hena, her happiness knew no bound.

 

Like they gave the cloth in the hands of the tailor, we should give our life in the hands of God. Like the tailor removed unwanted clothes, Our Lord will remove all the unwanted sins like anger, fighting, jealousy, lying, stealing, and change us like Jesus and correct us to live as His child. He won’t charge any fees from us like the tailor charged. Instead, he came to this world to give His life as fees for us.

 

So, children, all Jesus ask you are your sinful heart. Are you ready to remove the darkness of sin and change it to a place where the Most Holy can live? My wishes for you to celebrate a meaningful Christmas with a pure heart.
