Is it happen?

 

“…If the Lord would make windows in heaven, might this thing be?” - 2 kings 7:2

 

A government employee who is a believer, showed his opposition to his superior because his superior was doing unjustified things. He knew he is about to lose his job. He got scared and asked the pastor to pray for him. The pastor and the believers prayed together. Two officials came from the head office for inspection. God spoke to them, so they wrote in the records that the fault is superior officers. The superior got transfer too. The believer got promoted as well. Is it possible? Will this happen we might think, but God will fight our fights and give us the victory. 

 

In the Bible, the king of Syria besieged Samaria so Samaria suffered severe famine. So, the king of Israel was worried and sent messengers to Elisha. Elisha said to them "Tomorrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be shall for 2 shekel, and two measured of barley for a shekel in the gate of Samaria". An officer doubtfully asked, "If the Lord would make windows in heaven could this thing be?" and was killed because he doubted the Lord. But what happened in reality? God made Syrians hear the noise of chariots horses and a great army. So, they thought lot of other kings were coming to aid the king of Israel, got scared and fled. God made what He said through Elisha. 

 

My dear! In your life are you wondering about something thinking "Will this happen?" Are you doubtful like that officer about a promise God gave you? God is capable of everything. God will do great things, He is capable of doing unimaginable things and uncountable miracles. Have faith. Amen
