Rejection

 

“The atone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner” - Psalms 118:22

 

While construction builders use wood from casuarina trees to build a support system so that they can stand on the structure and construct the building. After the building has been painted the casuarina wood will be removed one by one. During the housewarming ceremony, these casuarina wood will be taken somewhere so that it is hidden from the guest, and they will bring a banana tree that is been grown somewhere else and it will be tied up in the front and the guests will be welcomed. All the pride will be given to the banana trees. What is the truth behind this? The banana trees will live for only 3 days. It will be eaten by cows and goats; children will tear the banana leaves. But the casuarina wood will be ready to be used as a ladder for the next building. 

 

In the Bible, we can see the war between David and Goliath. Goliath stood against David by wearing a bronze helmet, bronze shoes and bronze armor. But this David went to war only with 5 stones and was despised by many in his hand. Goliath who had weapons in his hands lost to David who had only stones in his hands. David defeated goliath with just a stone. Goliath fell on his face to the ground because the stone went inside his head. 

 

Dear child of God, you might be ignored like this casuarina tree or the stone or may be people received your help and used you. Do not be worried. You might be despised of your position as of now. Jesus Christ was also ignored and despised by people. Today's situation is not permanent. Our God will change everything one day. Be confident. God will change your situation and lift you up.
