Sparrow

 

“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, Abba, Father” - Romans 8:15

 

Hello children! Have you seen a sparrow budding its nest? Yes? Oh, you too will build! How? Oh, you will build it with the sand on the beach! It will be happy, and fun isn't it! You all will build a house with your hand, but a sparrow doesn’t have hands so how will a sparrow build it's home? Yeah, you are right! It will build its home with its mouth. Shall we listen to a story about how sparrows build its nest? 

 

A beautiful sparrow started to build a home with its beak. It gathered small twigs, coconut coir pieces and started to build a nest. And there was a strong with, it broke and shattered it's nest. The sparrow was away in search of food it saw the shattered nest on the ground when it returned. Di you think the sparrow cried for the broken nest? No, it didn't. It thought "I can build as many nests as I want because I have a heavenly Father who will help me" and finished a new nest in a few days. 

 

It checked for the safety of the nest and laid some eggs and had few beautiful babies as well. And it fed the babies proper food and raised them. It is amazing to see the home of that little sparrow, isn't it? It makes us to question the sparrow "Hey Sparrow how are you doing your job happily without being lazy?” Isn't it? 

 

So, children! These sparrows are doing their jobs happily without getting tired after knowing the purpose of its Creator isn't it? So, you don't get tired thinking "God! I failed in this subject, and it is very hard for me". Don't forget, you have a father to help you! Amen.
