If you don't work

 

“And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and said unto them, why stand ye here all the day idle?” - Matthew 20:6 

 

In Madhya Pradesh, India 10000 people applied for a vacancy of 15 low skilled government job. Among them was Gajendra Mowrya. Lot of them was postgraduates with degrees in engineering, MBAs preparing for competitive exams. Gajendra Mowrya said to news channel that "sometimes I’m in short of money to buy books to study for the competitive exams; I need any job to support myself and to buy some books." 

 

Gajendra's words show the horrible employment crisis in India. The Russian Ukrainian war and corona hit very hard on already struggling Indian economy very hard and increased he unemployment. It brings fear on our hearts if we think about the future of India. 

 

My dear, we shouldn't worry about all these things. Surrender everything to God and have faith in Him. He will make our deeds fruitful, says the Bible. Don't worry about the future or job or education. Our God knows us better and He will help us. 

 

Lord Jesus Christ gave us a mission call saying, "harvest is plenty but workers are less". And also, he called everyone who is idle without work to work in vineyards. Those who are reading this passage, God is calling you to do His ministry. Lot of workers is needed in God's field. Will you come to share the Gospel to those who are going to hell without knowing God?
