Hidden treasure

 

“The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field.” - Mathew 13:44

 

In England there lived a farmer named Peter Wartling. He lost his hammer when he was working in his field. He searched for it because if it was left on the field, it might cause damage to the ploughing machines. He along with his friend Eric searched the field using a machine, they didn't find the hammer but found 24 bronze coins, 565 gold coins, 15000 silver coins and 200 types or ornaments. 

 

He gave informed about it to the police. The next day a team of archeologists came there to explore the area further and found the hammer. Those who find a treasure will be awarded with the market value in cash. So, they got 16 crore rupees, both Peter and Eric shared it equally. 

 

They both were very happy on finding the treasure, isn't it? God has a bigger treasure than this. Jesus Christ says, "Heaven is like a treasure hidden in land". Those who find the treasure will have eternal happiness. There is only one condition to obtain this treasure that is “to be washed and cleaned of sins by the blood of Jesus If washed, found his grace and it's riches, this world, it's riches and everything will seem like dust. There is no value for these things in eternal life. 

 

Are you washed in the blood of Jesus Christ? His blood can remove all the sins and purify us. Only His pure blood can protect us purify us from our sins, qualify us for Heaven. Let us surrender ourselves to be washed. He will clean us. Award us the heavenly treasure.
