Reversed fate

 

“The Lord repay your work and a full reward be given you by the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings you have come for refuge” - Ruth 2:12 

   

A pastor was entangled in lot of debts which was accumulated over time by his father and him, he couldn't pay the debt and don’t know what to do, at some point and accepted Jesus Christ so he doesn’t want to cheat him so took a piece of paper and wrote "Sir, I couldn't pay your dept now so please kindly give me some time". The lender read the paper, crushed, and thrown it away and made fun saying "Your handwriting is very good, but your fate is not good as your handwriting, give the money soon". He was broken and prayed to Jesus saying, "Jesus, I trust you alone, please change my fate". He was looked down, made fun of for his handwriting but now by God's grace, he came out of his debts and now he is writing lots of books and also, he is a pastor in a famous church and being used by God for the glory of His kingdom.

 

In the Bible, Ruth a Moabite's life was ruined. She lost her husband and followed her mother-in-law, not only that she left her people but her home and her gods to follow the God of Israel. God helped Ruth to find Boaz and get mercy in his eyes when she went to gather kernels in Boaz' fields. After losing everything, Ruth came to Boaz and received comfort, acceptance, good guidance and became his wife; she came to gather the scattered kernels and became the owner of the fields.

 

If this worldly Boaz can change the life of Ruth this much, then imagine what happens if we go to Jesus, the heavenly Boaz who came for us, He will comfort us with his words, redeem and make us his children, show us the path in which we should walk, fill us with his blessings and make us to be with Him and rule alongside Him. What should we do for this? We should come close to God and feed on his verses and take shelter in his feet, Jesus Christ the head of us will change our fate and will help us walks with our heads held high.

Pray for God to help us to build 60 rooms in Gethsemane campus so that in each room 2 missionaries be accommodated and trained
