Life in paradise

 

“…today you will be with Me in Paradise.” – Luke 23:43 

 

Two criminals were crucified along with Jesus. One among those two said "if you are the Christ save yourself and us". But the other one said, "And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man have done nothing wrong". Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.” And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.” 

 

There are two reasons for this criminal who inherited Paradise in his final moments. First of all, he accepted his sins and second of all he said, "Jesus I'm unfit for the kingdom you are talking about but remember me". He accepted Jesus as the king amidst the sufferings and agony he is going through when he is hanging on the cross, he inherited paradise.

 

My beloved reader, are you willing to inherit paradise like this criminal? Use these moments of your life like this criminal who used his final moments. Look into yourselves and ask forgiveness to God. 1 Corinthians 11:31 says "For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged." Secondly accept Jesus as your king and give the throne of your heart to Him. Start obeying to the words of Jesus and the life of paradise is guaranteed for you.
