Helping hands 

 

“…put on tender mercies, kindness.” – Colossians 3:12

  

Hello children, did you enjoy your vacation? Did you visit your relatives or went for a tour or picnic? Today let us listen to a story about "How to make others happy." Do you know how many people do Susheela helps in a day? 

 

Susheela is a kindhearted helping girl. Though she was tired she woke up early washed her face, had tea and went to her farm. The plants and flowers were very beautiful, and she watered the plants. Do you have any plants in your home children? Her cat was meowing and approaching her. She found the cat had an injury on its leg, she petted the cat and said, "don't worry it will heal soon." The cat meowed at her again it was like saying thanks to her.

 

Susheela was sitting at the front yard and saw a little boy struggling as he is new to riding bicycle. Susheela noticed this and taught him to ride a bicycle. He learnt it easily. After some time, an old lady went that way carrying vegetables. She stepped on a stone, slipped and fell down, the vegetables were all scattered. Susheela heared the noise and ran there, helped the old lady and asked lovingly "Are you hurt?" "You are a little girl, yet you are so kind" said this and thanked Susheela. Susheela thanked her as well. That vacation was very happy for Susheela.

  

My dear children, whenever you help others with your little hands Jesus Christ will be very happy. Jesus Christ was always doing good when He was in this world. You are also like Him aren't you children! You can help others only if you have a kind heart. So, choose kindness and live as a child of Jesus.
