You are valuable 

 

“…Do not fear therefore. You are of more value than many sparrows.” - Matthew 10:31

 

How amazing it is to find that God knows the number of hairs on our heads! The Lord is so mindful of our wellbeing. We are indebted to God for His thoughtfulness about every part of our body and our lives. So, God deserves all our praises with a thankful heart. 

 

We are threatened by the deadly pandemic covid-19. We observe oscillation in vaccination. Many people were laid to rest. In such awful situation, our assurance that nothing will come to pass without the will of God depends only on our fellowship with God. If we have such intimacy with God, we can feel and experience something good in the midst of our burden, problem, pain, sickness and even death. The assurance of God’s goodness enables us to give thanks to Him in all circumstances. So, let us give thanks to the Lord in all life situations particularly in hard times. Here is a list of benefits we enjoy if we are thankful,

 

1. Decreases blood pressure.

2. Helps to get good sleep.

3. Increases creative thinking.

4. Helps to do things with care and vigilantly.

5. Looks joyful and happy.

6. Becomes more generous and helpful.

7. Acquires the good quality of forgiving others easily.

8. Never blames or finds fault with others under any circumstances.

 

Beloved, we develop the above listed goodness and live happily if we give thanks to God with a grateful heart. Let us bring what all God had done in our lives to our minds, eye and with the whole heart thank God and glorify Him. Praising God is a token of our love towards God. Let us love, praise and thank the Lord Almighty and live with God given breath. Let us get closer to God by trusting Him as our refuge, help, protection, health and comfort. We are special and valuable as we live under the protection of God the highest and stay in the shadow of all powerful God. Let the divine healing power of God protect us. Amen.
