The Donkey for Jesus

 

“…and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him” - Mark 11:4

 

I was born into a family that did not know the Lord. My father was sick and looked very weak. Our family lived in spiritual darkness, but when someone shared the Gospel with us, our whole family accepted Jesus and received baptism. After that, I dedicated myself to being a full-time minister and started serving as a pastor. The Lord, who knew me before I was conceived in my mother's womb, told me, "This is not your job, I have chosen you to announce me to millions of people who do not know me." The Lord inspired me to go to North India and announce Jesus. I immediately went there and learned the language there. I joined a certain missionary organization and served as a minister in North India for many years. As a result, God helped more than 2,000 people to come to Jesus, to lead worship in 37 churches, and to untie the bonds of many. The reason for this was Jesus’ leading.

 

The Lord Jesus said to two of his disciples, “Go into the village opposite you; and as soon as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, on which no one has ever sat; untie it and bring it to him.” So, they went and found the colt tied outside at the crossroads, untied it, and brought it to him. Yes, we are that donkey. The donkeys that carry him!

 

Dear children of God! The Lord who used me will also use you. Whoever you are, it is enough to surrender and dedicate yourself to carrying the Lord. Let us strive to live as salt of the earth, light of the world, and witnesses for Jesus. On one side, like a tied donkey, many people are bound in darkness, sin, and curse. On the other side, there are many who have not yet come to know that Jesus is the Savior. We will work to preach the gospel to such bound people. We will glorify Him as we see the name "Jesus" acting as a powerful name to release their bonds.
