The King Must Come

 

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and…" - Rev. 3:20

 

One day, the palace was decorated with colorful flowers and colorful lights because it was the king's birthday. The people in the palace were happy. When the king also sat on the throne happily, he ordered all the ministers and servants in the palace to gather before him and said, "Ask for whatever you want, and it will be given to you." Immediately, the ministers and servants stood in line, asked, received what they asked, and went back happily. But a little boy was standing quietly. The king looked at him and asked, "Don’t you want anything?" He was afraid and said, "The king must come to our house once." Immediately, the king said, "I will come happily." He appointed a minister to do the work for him. The minister prepared the way for the king to go to the boy's house. Then they changed the boy’s house. They prepared the utensils and things in the house in advance for the king's arrival. The king came and fulfilled the boy's wish. Did you see? He asked for one thing, but he received many benefits because of that.

 

Zacchaeus, the chief tax collector, was rejected by people as a sinner. But he wanted to see Jesus. Jesus came and saw him and said, "I must stay at your house." He immediately accepted and took him away. His life changed. He who was a sinner became a son of Abraham, a member of the kingdom of heaven. When we accept Jesus, He accepts us as His own son or daughter, no matter what our circumstances are. He renews our lives as if we were equal to them. Even though the younger son had destroyed the property, He accepted him as His own son and gave him a new coat, ring, and sandals and raised him up. He says, "Accept me as one of the servants." But the Father accepts you as a son in His love.

 

Beloved, all things are possible with Jesus Christ. Nothing is impossible with Him. He is knocking at the door of your heart, waiting for you to open it. When He comes in, your heart will be purified. Your life will be beautiful. There will be joy and peace. Not only that, but you will also be the very children of God who created all things. Do not just expect the comfort and blessings that He gives, but I want you like that little boy. When you accept that you will come into my heart, all blessings and comfort will be available to you. Your needs will be met.
