Children's Day Resolution

 

"…Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them;…” - Mark 10:14

 

Today is Children’s Day. Children are very important in the family. Because they are the freedom that comes from the Lord. The fruit of the womb is the fruit from God. This blessing that the Lord gives is very special and belongs to the generation. Once, parents wanted to bring their children to Jesus. When the disciples scolded them, Jesus Christ, seeing that, embraced them with His holy arms and blessed them by placing His hand on them. He beautifully explains that unless one of them becomes like this child, he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven. The nature of children is special. They will fight for a while, but soon forget and play together.

 

Our late Indian Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru asked us to celebrate his birthday as Children’s Day. How much love did he show for them? During festivals, he would take off the garlands that were placed on him and put them on the children to make them happy. Yes, children are hungry for love. They are naturally obedient when given advice or counsel with love. If we encourage them and raise them properly, we can create a better generation. The children of the nation are the future leaders. Today's children in the church are the pillars of the future church. Therefore, we must be careful not to underestimate them. If we do so, the angels will take that report to the Almighty Father.

 

Parents must be very careful in raising children. Our lives and our words will make them better. They need a spiritual mother and father who prays with tears. In the Bible, the mother of a little girl sent a message to the king, asking for the head of a disciple. She succeeded in that. How pitiful! But a mother named Hanna dedicated her firstborn to the Lord before he was born, taught him spiritual things from his birth, and took him to the church. How are we going to raise our children? Let's decide today!
