How will they believe?

 

"...And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?" - Romans 10:14

 

A Christian entered the lawyer's room. Before he left he asked a question that had been in his mind for a long time. What question is that? Sir, why are you not a Christian? The lawyer, who did not expect this question at all, stood in shock. A bit sober and hangs his head, doesn't the Bible say that drunkards are nowhere near the kingdom of heaven? That is my weakness. So I am not a Christian,” he replied. The christian asked the question again. He said, "No one has ever asked me this question. How can I be a Christian? Tell me." Then the questioner made the lawyer understand the truths of the Scriptures. Say this little prayer "Lord, I know my weakness. Take it away from me." Miraculously the Lord gave freedom from drunkenness.

 

 Dear people of God! Our God forgives all kinds of sins. There is no sin that God cannot forgive. Today many people think my sin is great. They think there is no excuse for it. Still others live with guilt that I can't let go and forget this sin, what should I do? But the prophet Isaiah wrote in his book, ". . . your sins are as white as snow, though they are red; they are as crimson as cotton" (1:18). If you listen willingly, you will definitely receive forgiveness. We must inform them that there is one Jesus Christ who forgives your sins. How will they know if you don't tell them?

 

 Even today there are many people who are stuck in sin and cannot get rid of it. They need people to take Jesus Christ as a liberator. How will they hear if there are no preachers? Why shouldn't we be evangelists? We will do our duty and God will do His duty. Amen! Alleluia!
