How long

 

"Watch therefore, and pray always…" - Luke 21:36

 

A wonderful pious man , George Muller, was asked “How many hours a day do you pray?” Do you know what his answer was when asked this question? “For many hours, and not only that, I live every minute with the thought of prayer. I pray when I walk, when I sit, when I get up. "I changed my lifestyle to prayer," he said. Children of God, the Bible advises us that we should always pray. We should not neglect the fact that we have to sit in personal prayer with God for a certain time every day, thinking that it is enough to pray while working. No matter how much time we pray, Prayer should be an answered prayer as Elijah prayed.

 

1. To pray with the mind. -James 5:17

2. Stay awake and pray. -Matthew 26:41

3. Pray without getting tired. - Luke 18:1

4. Pray with faith. - Matthew 21:22

5. To sing praises and pray - Nehemiah 11:17

6. Pray with great fervor -James 5:16

7. Fasting and praying - Mark 9:29

 8. Pray without ceasing - Col 4:2

9. Pray in the Holy Spirit - Jude 20

10. Lock the door and pray - Matthew 6:6

 

As mentioned above, let's see what happens when we pray. 

1. Prayers will be answered. 

2. We can escape temptations. 

3. Faith grows within us. 

4. We will receive what we ask for. 

5. Can feel the presence of God. 

6. Our inner man will be blessed. 

7. A victorious Christian life can be lived. 

8. Can walk with God. 

9. Can fulfil God's will. 

10. Things prayed in secret will be answered openly.
