Sheep that hears the voice 

“Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men.” – Mark 1:17

In the year 2001, the terrorists hijacked Airline flight on the 11th September and crashed it into the Pentagon. The impact caused a large fire. Those who were in the western side of the Pentagon were trapped inside the building as fire and smoke bellowed out.  They could not see the way out due to smoke and they were suffocating. Seeing their plight Isaac Hubby, a police officer called out again and again loudly those who were fighting for lives to follow the sound of his voice for direction to come out even if they could not see anything. Some followed his loud voice for direction and came out. He saved the lives of many who would otherwise have perished. 

The fishermen Simon and Andrew his brother was casting a net into the sea. Jesus saw them and asked them to follow Him. Then obeyed His words, left their nets and followed Him immediately. Jesus was with them and they were moulded, taught and raised as great disciples and used powerfully in the ministry path. 

Beloved readers, there are lakhs and lakhs of people who are struggling hard to come out of their sins and curses. Jesus calls them out every minute to follow Him. In this transient world, not knowing where to go and which is the right way, they run after cini actors and politicians and get disappointed. The Lord speaks to the helpless and asks them to come and follow Him. Just like the sheep that follow his master who goes before them, let us follow His footsteps to get protected and blessed. Let us change others as the followers of Jesus.
