Know the Blessing

"Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise..." - Galatians 4:28

Once a man who was traveling in the first class on a ship was very tired and exhausted. Seeing this, the captain of the ship came to him and asked, "Sir, I have been watching you for two days. Day after day you look very tired! What is your problem?" He replied, "Sir, all the bread I brought from the city is gone. There are only a few dry pieces left. If this is also gone, I don't know what to do. We have to travel for many more days!" said the traveller in a sad voice!

Hearing this, the captain of the ship said, "Sir, give me your ticket," and took his ticket and looked at it. "Sir, those who have this ticket will be served food on the ship. Look at what is written here!" He showed him what was written on it. This traveller blinked without understanding anything. He was sorry for his ignorance.

It is written in Ephesians 1:3 that God the Father has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the highest places in Christ. The Lord promised Abraham that all the families of the earth would be blessed in you. We have received the spirit of adoption as sons, by which we can cry out, “Abba, Father.” We know that Jesus Christ has finished everything for us on the cross.

Beloved! Let us know the blessings that Jesus Christ has earned for us on the cross. If we do not know, we will not be able to receive the spiritual blessings that our Lord has for us and live a powerful Christian life, but we will be trapped in the grip of Satan and live as his slaves. Let us judge today. Let us dedicate ourselves to receive the blessings that the Lord has for us and live happily. May the Lord bless you!
