Delay

"…now is the day of salvation" - 2 Corinthians 6:2

Today there is an open door for the gospel. If you work hard in this last time, you can inherit the land. But Christians say that the doors for preaching the gospel are closed. Many say the same thing as those who spied out the land of Canaan. Only a few servants like Joshua and Caleb are faithfully serving in the vast land of India.

The condition of people today is that after hearing the gospel, they feel that it is true. Then for some time they decide to remain secret Christians and delay getting baptized. They are afraid to participate in church services. Due to such a situation, a large number of people are turning back without salvation. Yes, the slowness of people and the sluggishness of the ministers are obstacles to revival.

A woman who was dancing in a luxury hotel, was without peace in her life, went to attend a Christian meeting. There she found complete peace. But she did not want to miss the opportunity of comfort that dancing brought, so she wrote in her diary that she would earn some money and comfort and serve Jesus. After a long time, she remembered what she had written in her diary. But the desire for the world did not leave her. As time passed, due to the struggle that arose in her mind, she wrote every day, "Tomorrow I will completely surrender to Jesus." Unexpectedly, one day, she died in a car accident. Many who looked through the diary were shocked. This created an revival among American Christians.

Today's Christians, without realizing that they are disciples, do not do the work of Christ, and keep postponing the times. "The disciples are the Christians" (Acts 11:26) It is their duty to preach the gospel. The apostle Paul says, "Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel." (1 Cor. 9:16). Many women served Christ with their wealth. (Luke 8:3) Today, is it not our duty to serve Christ as a debt of gratitude for the good things He has done for us? Let us act without delay. Let the nation know God.
