Desire of the insect

"Like a bird that wanders from its nest Is a man who wanders from his place" - Justice 27:8

A beautiful village. Due to the lack of electricity in the village, the village was dark after evening. But only one house suddenly had light. It is the light of the lamp. Attracted by the light, some insects entered the house. One of the insects looked at the other insects and said, "Ah! How beautiful is the burning fire. Everyone is admiring this burning lamp. So if I fall into this fire, I will become fire. Everyone will admire me." To which the other insects said, "Oh no! Jesus has given us a unique form and beauty so don't lose your individuality by desiring to become fire." But the insect did not hear anything. Rushed and fell into that burning fire. What a pity! It burned to ashes.

 Similarly, the Lord has given a place to each of us in our lives. We have to fulfil His purpose from the position given to us. For example, we see in the Bible that the angel named Lucifer was given a place in the presence of the Lord to praise Him. He was given a place on the Lord's holy mountain (Ezekiel 28:14). But he did not realize the glory of his God-given position and because he desired the throne of God, he was cast into the underworld. He lost his position. Similarly, God's place in our lives has a purpose.

Beloved! Without knowing the goodness and glory of the position God has placed us in, we want to take the position of others and become like others. Therefore, we do lose the position that the Lord has given us because of pride or because of desire, but if we will happily fulfil His purpose from the position that God has given us we will win. Let us run our race and win. May God help us. Amen!
