"…And before honour is humility" -Proverbs 18:12

A father said he would marry his only daughter to whoever won the war. A young man participates in the war and wins. He gave his daughter in marriage as the father said. Apart from that he also gives some land. After buying it and riding on a donkey with her husband, the daughter gets an idea, the lands my father gave me are dry. So, she immediately asked her husband for permission to have a field and asked her father for a fertile land. He was very happy to give a fertile land above and below. It was none other than Caleb's daughter Aksal.

Our Supreme Father is also us eager to bless us. We do not get off the donkey of anger, stubbornness, honour and pride. Enough of the condolence from these. You can ask for and receive the blessings you need. Getting off a donkey shows humility. Yes, God gives grace to the humble. His grace is enough. When we humble ourselves, our Almighty Father fulfils our desires. Our drought will turn into prosperity. While a worldly father gives more abundantly to his daughter's desire, our heavenly Father is more generous than we think and pray for. There is nothing that our Supreme Father does not have. The earth and its fullness, the world and its inhabitants, belong to God. So He is able to give anything. It is important that you come down from your position and ask.

Brothers and sisters reading this! Let's think about what is the thing that cannot humble you before God. Aksal dismounted the donkey and Sakeyu got down from the tree.. Both received blessings. Even if you are far away from God, run to the Supreme Father today. Humble yourself, He will turn your drought into a blessing by covering you. If we are ready to humble ourselves, we can live blessedly forever. Come down from your position and come to the Supreme Father. He is ready to bless all of us.
